• A very well-written manual. If you don't have the paper version, download it here.
  **Note: You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file. Get it here.
• Easy-to-understand tutorials that COME WITH Flash, even the trial version!
  Get started RIGHT AWAY: click Help > Lessons > Introduction.

Forums! When it comes to learning tips, tricks, techniques, and getting good feedback on your Flash creations, 300 heads are always better than one.

• Flashkit is a Flash developer resource site complete with sounds, music loops, tutorials and more! Also, be sure and check out Flashkit's discussion forums: great for flash-related questions! Get answers fast with a huge user base.
• Virtual-FX.net has an excellent collection of tutorials.
• Joen Asmussen has some very good tutorials as well.
• Colin Moock's tutorials have helped me in the past.  Also, be sure and check out "Gwen", a hilarious animated series.
• Do you have more questions? The Flash newsgroups are also very helpful.
• Also, be sure to check out The Tutorials Search Engine! If it's not there, it just plain doesn't exist.
