Consultation: A one-hour phone consultation is generally provided free of charge before a project begins.

Pricing: All products and services are delivered in packages that are unique and custom-built, based on individual needs identified during the free consultation. One size does not fit all!

Additional Charges may be incurred for “rush priority” projects.

Maintenance is conducted in prepaid packages. The minimum charge is one half hour of labor.

Source Files are generally considered intellectual property are not included with a site’s development. However, editable versions of specific images (such as graphical headers, buttons, etc.) can be supplied. Please indicate upfront if complete source files will be required.

Advertising: I don’t litter my client’s sites with my own sales pitches.

Item Copyright: If a client supplies images, sounds or videos to use for a project, XDude will not be held liable if those items are copyrighted by a third party.
